The FirstGround AMI platform is a professional dispatch intelligence tool intended for use by authorized field operations personnel and their organizations. Access is granted only to invited users with valid credentials.

You agree to use the platform solely for lawful operational purposes and not to misuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the system.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Accounts may be granted admin or user roles. Admin users are responsible for managing access for their organization's users.

Your data is yours. Site portfolios, operational records, field intel reports, and dispatch data that you import or create remain your property. We do not claim ownership of your operational data.

You grant us a limited license to store and process your data as necessary to provide the platform services.

FirstGround AMI provides dispatch intelligence and access scoring to support informed decision-making. It is not a substitute for on-site assessment, qualified personnel judgment, or compliance with applicable safety regulations.

All dispatch and access decisions remain the responsibility of the authorized personnel and organizations using the platform. We are not liable for operational outcomes based on AMI recommendations.

We aim to maintain high platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, third-party data source delays (e.g., weather APIs, ArcGIS), or infrastructure events may affect availability.

The FirstGround AMI platform, its software, algorithms, interfaces, and underlying technology are the intellectual property of FirstGround Intelligence. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the platform without written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FirstGround Intelligence shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or reliance on its outputs.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
